Summer time

Hello!
How are you? I`m happy because the weather is nice, I was shopping and I bought a beautiful dress :)
I'm starting to feel that the holidays are approaching, but first I have to cope with the challenges of learning : tests, exams, etc. 
However, it is worth to think how we can reward ourself this difficult time;) When it comes to me, I would like to go to the seaside, sunbathe, swim in the sea, don`t worry about anything and spend great time! 
I always feel good there, I can rest, relax and I can come back with a new positive energy.
Some people like to spend their holidays (or generally their free time) in a more active way, for exemple in the mountains. Also, I really like them. I was there so many times and I have nice memories: beautiful views, fresh air, highlanders and their mentality ;) 
In Poland a very interesting place for holidays is also Masuria lake discrict. It`s the best solutions for people who love water sports, for exemple sailboarding, conoeing,diving... ;) I have family there and I love visit them.  It`s a really  beautiful  and interesting place!

How to care for hair?

All of us dream of beautiful hair. 
A few years ago I had long curly hair, but unfortunately I decided to cut them.I very regret this decision so I`m looking for many ways to improve their condition.  I would like to have long, pretty hair again.
I wanted to show you what information I found.
1. Eat well: the most important is a healthy diet, you need to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and avoid junk food. Drinking nettle is very helpful too.
2. Washing hair: the daily care we should choose a shampoo without irritant detergents. Popular method is C-W-C : (hair)conditioner- washing- (hair) conditioner.
3. Styling and hairstyle: most foam for hair have drying alcohol... so try to avoid it. I have something better- linseed gel! It`s recommended by famous and good hairdressers. Our hair is moisturized and neat;)

Generally in the internet there are a lot of another advice but for me these three are the basis. Since I have started to use them I see big improvement ;)

Hello!
What`s up today? I feel good, the weather is beautiful and I`m spending time with my family.
But very often I think of the event for students that was last Thursday. 
At my university every year organizes a ''Great Grilling''. Students can spend their time with friends, fry sausages, listen to music, meet new people. Generally there is a nice atmosphere and it`s a way for the integration of all students. But how was it this time? Opinions are different. In the beginning the people had fun ;) The place was filled with incredible speed, the concert started and everyone started grilling. But unfortunatelly everything changed when it was time of return... The streetcars were overcrowded, people were pushing against each other, they were blocking the door, jumping.... So it was unpleasant and dangerously. Losses are immense: the streetcars are destroyed, for example without the door, some people are in the hospital, is broken glass everywhere... Second day of grilling was off. 
I was there for a very short time so I didn`t see it with my own eyes (and I`m glad because of it). I don`t want to generalize all students but I hope they will reflect on their own behaviour.
