Hello ! Do you know how important is a water?
I have some advantages of water consumption, look! ;)

Refreshement – water  effectively quenches thirst.

Water adds energy and intentions to work.

Slimming - drinking water just before eating a meal causes that  you eat less.

Water prevents heart disease.

Healthy skin - drinking adequate amounts of water during the day gives your skin a healthy look.

Water removes toxins.                         

Water regulates body temperature - this is especially important for athletes and people working physically.

Water improves concentration and mental capacity - 2% water shortage causes problems with concentration and slows down the learning process.

Hi! I have some interesting things about Albert Einstein ! You must read it J

1.       Albert Einstein for most of his life  was a vegetarian.
2.        He began to read at the age of nine years, in school he had problems with writing, but no problems with thinking J
3.       He calculated that throughout his life  he used only 5 percent of his brain.
4.       When somebody asked him- ‘’ Is it true that ‘the theory of relativity’ is understood by only two people? - he answered (or rather, asked): "And who is the second person? I am pleased to meet him "
5.       Apparently he wasn`t wearing socks ;)
6.       Einstein believed that his best ideas came to him during the morning shave.


What to do in Poznań?
Poznań is one of the largest cities in Poland. It is said that the big city is a big possibility.
I want to tell you what we can do in this beautiful city.
First of all, there are muzeas .On Saturday acces is free, but on other days  the ticket will cost about 7 zloty. The museum doesn`t have to be boring. Museums enrich their offer of short films, original recordings or multimedia presentations.

Lech Visitors Centre, is probably the most popular sightseeing place for Students ;) For symbolic 6zł (half-price ticket) is guaranteed Poznan Brewery tour, culminating in a tasting beer.

Poznan aquapark ! There are  the sports and recreational pools with lots of attractions. You'll find here also recently opened SPA.

PALM HAUSE. It is the largest in Poland and one of Europe's largest botanical institution. For a few pounds we can visit a huge jungle walk, planted in the middle of town. It`s impressive, and every tourist should see it. Look!

When we do our shopping we often don`t realize that we are manipulated.
The shops use some tricks , for example:

-         Supermarket trolley: the bigger the better. It seems empty very long so we buy more products.

-         Unforeseen and irregular promotions attach strongly to the product than the regular and unannounced promotions.

-         It is easy to seduce us smell. Spec marketers know this and use aromatics baits. Aroma of coffee or baked goods  is so common in shopping centers.

-         Music dictates the rate at which customers walk through the store (even those with no sense of rhythm). It can`t be too loud and fast, because the customer don`t entertain in it for long. It can`t be too slow, because they fall into apathy and they don`t buy any product.

-         Another trap waiting for consumer are tastings. Nicely dressed ladies walking around the store offer the latest taste of chocolate or yoghurt which is precisely on the promotion. Who would not tempted?

So, we must be careful. The shops use a lot of tricks to persuade the clients to purchasing.
