Fruit smoothies are perfect for the summer heat.They are healthy. They contain a lot of protein, vitamins, are low in fat .You can use every time other fruits to change the flavor.
Here is one of the proposals for a fruit cocktail.
things you need:
bananas, strawberries, blueberries,
 pineapple, mango, kiwi,
low-fat yogurt or kefir, ice cubes, blender.

1)first cut the fruit into smaller pieces. Then throw them into a blender.
2) Add to fruit yogurt or kefir.To how much fluid you use depends on how thick you want to get a cocktail.
3)If you want a cocktail you could drink and not eat with a spoon add the milk or plain soy milk, even water.
4)Super option for a cocktail flavor enhancement is the addition of cinnamon or vanilla.
5)Mix thoroughly all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Insert straight to the fridge or serve immediately after cooling.
