Healthy eating

A healthy diet is mainly supplying your body with the proper amounts of nutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals) and applying appropriate cooking techniques.
It is important to purchase the appropriate habits that will help to get rid of needless weight.

To feel great and look great, you have to remember how the Healthy Eating Pyramid looks like and follow the instructions. The basis of our diet should be therefore cereal: oatmeal or whole-grain breads. The next levels are fruits and vegetables. On the penultimate place ranked out of milk and dairy products, and the least needed it was fat.

The fundamental principles of a healthy diet:

-Eat little and often - 4 to 5 meals a day.
-Eat slowly - \try to eat in a sitting position.
-Always eat breakfast
-Dinner is the least generous meal. Eat it always 2 hours before bedtime.
-You must drink  at least 1.5 liters of still water a day, but also tea - green, red and herbal teas.
-Eat plenty of fruit - but not at night. Absorb them between meals.
-Vegetables- are simply the  health
-Milk is also needed - regularly drink milk containing 2-3,2% fat, eat half-fat cheese, kefir, buttermilk and natural yoghurt.
-Lean fish is a valuable source of protein of high nutritional value
