How to take care of skin?
Beautiful, healthy skin requires daily care - you need to apply some important tips.
I want to tell you about a few of them ;)
1)    To maintain healthy skin, don`t go out into the sun without protection. You need to apply sunscreen that is tailored to your skin type.

2)    It is important to everyday use mild skin cleansing products which don`t contain soap. If you are using the products whose  the operation is too sharp, the skin can become very dry and we feel very uncomfortable.

3)    Before you go out of the shower, rinse your entire body really well to remove all traces of cleaning products. Then quickly dry the skin, gentry, softly touching the towel.

4)    For beautiful skin your body needs adequate amounts of fluids. Control if you drink enough water, it is about 8 glasses a day.
  
5)    A healthy, well-balanced diet is not only good for the body, but also for the skin. You must eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
