Hello ! Do you know how important is a water?
I have some advantages of water consumption, look! ;)

Refreshement – water  effectively quenches thirst.

Water adds energy and intentions to work.

Slimming - drinking water just before eating a meal causes that  you eat less.

Water prevents heart disease.

Healthy skin - drinking adequate amounts of water during the day gives your skin a healthy look.

Water removes toxins.                         

Water regulates body temperature - this is especially important for athletes and people working physically.

Water improves concentration and mental capacity - 2% water shortage causes problems with concentration and slows down the learning process.
